What we want to do for our customers
Here at Artem Tech Builds, we understand it can be a little overwhelming to try and figure out what PC you should get and how much is the right amount to spend. There are so many different choices and each has its own list of specifications that offer a certain level of performance. If you are not well versed in the technical knowledge required to understand computers, how could you be expected to know if what is being presented to you is good value or not? At Artem Tech Builds, we are here to guide you through the process of selecting the right PC so that you can recognise its worth and get a sense of the kind of performance it will deliver for you. Put simply, we’re straight shooters. We ask and get a strong understanding of what you want to get out of your PC, and recommend something that is customised and tailored to your needs.
Our transparency in recommending the PC that is best suited to you extends to how we communicate and make easy to understand the different features and aspects of the PC you’re choosing. If you’ve been searching around on other online PC stores, you may have noticed that a common way they attempt to describe their PCs is to simply list the specs of the PC accompanied with a bunch of images on the description page. They typically give a few lines of text and presume that will be enough to make clear to the customer how the PC will perform for them and how it differentiates from other PCs they are selling as well as from elsewhere. Our approach is different. We don’t expect the customer to understand what the specs mean without any foreknowledge of PCs or computer hardware and components. We’re bothered to take the time to explain what this stuff actually means while avoiding excessive use of technical jargon. Our basic goal is to inform and educate so that you feel confident you know what you’re effectively getting from the PC you’ve just spent your hard earned money on.
